Well I just passed the 1 month mark into my changes in my lifestyle including caloric intake, excercise, etc. and I have noted that I have lost between 12-15 pounds!
I am very pleased with this and will continue to monitor it over the course of my planned weight loss.
My daughter is at University this week - a Student Enrichment Program she was fortunate enough to be selected for. I am hoping she enjoys here time there and will come away with some new knowledge and experiences that she will benefit from.
For now that's about it - just plugging away with the day to day routine. The new job is just that, a job. It pays the bills. It is not where I want to be or plan to be long term as there is little career opportunity within it and I am dearly missing my life at sea.
