HAPPY NEW YEAR

Greetings to you all on the 3rd day of our New Year. I trust that you all enjoyed / participated in some New Year's festivities?

Life aboard goes onward, same routine each week with very little change overall. I must admit, a more varied itinerary might be a nice thing to try at some point in my career here.

I worked, along with my partner Angela on New Years Eve. Man, we're we busy...Can't share the details with you as most is "privileged information" but safe to say the shift went QUICKLY and we arrived unharmed in Ocho Rios, New Year's Morning.

Angela and I, along with another friend, went off to Margaritaville, had a couple drinks, some food, and then went for a couple hours to the beach where we enjoyed the water, the water-trampoline, and some sun. All in all, a great day.

Yesterday was Grand Cayman and a friend and I went ashore to enjoy a Kokanee! Yep - I said it - we found a wonderful little bar near the tender pier, called Hammerheads and the place stocks Alexander Keiths as well as Kokanee...sooooo nice. We had some lunch, some drinks and then hit a couple shops along the way back to the ship. I picked out two I have been meaning to get - cute slogans on them...I will have to show them to you some time.

Tonight was rather quiet although it was our Tropical Island Deck Party evening. At 0200 the clocks went back 1 hour as we adjusted to Mexico time and so the shift drags on a bit tonight. This morning we will be in Cozumel and the plan is that Angela and I hope to drag our SECO off ship for a good-bye lunch. Really will miss him when he leaves.

Other than that, not much to say. Hope this greets each and everyone of you in good spirits and great health. Here's to a wonderful New Year!

Cheers!
